چکیده
Introduction: We analyzed the incidence, risk factors of central nervous system (CNS) relapse and outcome CNS involvement in patients with peripheral T-cell lymphomas (PTCL) prospectively observed Czech Lymphoma Study Group Registry (NCT03199066). Methods: Out 1040 we identified 29 (2.79%) involvement: 13 (1.25%) had disease at initial diagnosis 16 (1.54%) relapse. Median age was 61 years 54.5 years. Initial concurrently systemic lymphoma documented 11 12 patients. The incidence meningeal comparable relapsed (9 vs 11). Most common histology PTCL not otherwise specified (10 cases 8 relapse). prophylaxis used PTCL. High dose methotrexate based treatment administered 44.8% disease. Results: follow-up all 71.3 months. progression-free survival (PFS) 32.6 months, 4.8 months 5 Risk for included: more than one extranodal site (p = 0.008), soft tissue 0.003), testicular 0.046) presence B symptoms 0.035). overall (OS) 46 18.2 11.8 outside 18,9 associated a significantly worse OS compared relapsed/refractory without 0.072). Conclusions: is low concurrent found most these prognosis poor, however, Optimal yet defined. Keywords: Aggressive non-Hodgkin No conflicts interest pertinent to abstract.

Central nervous system relapse in peripheral T-cell lymphomas: a Swedish Lymphoma Registry study.
Central nervous system (CNS) relapse in non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) carries a very poor prognosis. Risk factors and outcome have been studied in aggressive B-cell lymphomas, but very little is known about the risk in peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL). We aimed at analyzing risk factors for CNS involvement at first relapse or progression, as well as the outcome of these patients, in a large popul...
متن کاملRegular Article CLINICAL TRIALS AND OBSERVATIONS Central nervous system relapse in peripheral T-cell lymphomas: a Swedish Lymphoma Registry study
• CNS involvement at relapse/ progression in PTCL occurred at a frequency similar to what is seen in aggressive B-cell lymphomas. • Outcome after relapse is generally very poor in patients with PTCL and is not significantly altered by presence of CNS involvement at relapse. Central nervous system (CNS) relapse in non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) carries a very poor prognosis. Risk factors and outcome...

Introduction: Burkitt lymphoma (BL) is rare, but an aggressive malignancy. Central nervous system Burkitt lymphoma (CNSBL) is very rare. CNS Burkitt’s lymphoma is treated with high-dose chemotherapy and radiation. Radiotherapy in children younger than three years old may cause major CNS damage. Case report: A three-year-old boy presented with painful proptosis of the left eye. He under...
متن کاملPeripheral T-cell lymphoma, unspecified--the analysis of the data from the Czech Lymphoma Study Group (CLSG) registry.
BACKGROUND Peripheral T-cell lymphoma, unspecified (PTCL-US) is one of the entities from the infrequent family of nodal mature T-cell lymphomas. The clinical course is aggressive, and despite multiagent chemotherapy, the median survival is about 2 years. Published data are limited to retrospective, mostly single-center studies or reviews and usually include more lymphoma subtypes. AIM To eval...
